Game of Thrones actor Noah Taylor and Charlotte Riley join BBC drama Peaky Blinders
44-year-old Charlie and the Chocolate Factory actor has been snapped up for the second series of the hit gangster show
Game of Thrones actor Noah Taylor and Wuthering Heights actress Charlotte Riley have joined BBC drama Peaky Blinders.
32-year-old Riley will play an aristocrat who crosses paths with gangster Tommy Shelby as he immerses himself in "a more exclusive world".
Her fiance Tom Hardy was confirmed to appear in the second series back in February, adding to a stellar cast that already features lead actor Cillian Murphy.
Riley, who also appeared in the feature length film, Edge of Tomorrow and became engaged to Hardy in July 2010, will no doubt relish the chance to work alongside her beau in the BBC drama.
Actor Noah Taylor has also been signed up for the second season, having previously starred in popular TV drama Game of Thrones.
The first series of Peaky Blinders aired last September and will return for a second season on BBC Two in Autumn this year.
